De-isolation: to spend more time with safe connections and community.

Identify and celebrate your natural strengths and values.
Identify your natural weaknesses: sensory, attention, or emotional issues.

No, Toronto Tech Addiction Therapy cannot do official diagnoses.
However, we can refer to a clinic that does official diagnoses.
Also speak to your doctor if you are looking for an official diagnosis. -
Yes, we currently do not offer in-person appointments.
We do our appointments over video call or phone call. -
No, currently, we only offer 1-on-1 therapy.

No, currently, we only offer therapy to teens (13-19) and adults (19+).

No, currently, TTAT is not accepting clients who live outside of Ontario, Canada.
Exceptions can be made for clients who live close to the Ontario border. -
Yes, you should! Our therapists have multiple skillsets outside of tech addiction.

How To Book

TTAT offers FREE consult appointments to new clients only.
These FREE consults are 30 minutes long. They are conducted over video call or phone call. In a free consult, you can expect your therapist to ask you questions like:What’s your story?
What services are you looking for?
What are your goals and wishes
What were your past experiences with psychotherapy like?
After the end of 30 minutes, clients can either:
Extend the appointment to 60 or 90 minutes (this would require that the client pay)
Book a future appointment while in session
Book a future appointment later via email
Shop around for another therapist

Contact TTAT using the Contact Us Form. In the form, under “How Can I Help?” select, "Book a free 30-min consult appointment".
TTAT will email you within 3 business days. Expect an email from (custom TTAT email address). TTAT will email you possible times for the free consult appointment.
Please reply ASAP to the email to schedule the time you want.
Attend the consult appointment! We will email you reminders before the appointment.

Message TTAT using the Contact Us Form.
In your form, under “How Can I Help?”
Select one of the two options:“Schedule a follow-up appointment (60 min)”
“Schedule a follow-up appointment (90 min)”
Schedule and attend your follow-up appointment.
Complete intake documents that TTAT will send to you.
And you’re all set!
Fees & Payments

1-on-1 counselling:
$219 for a 60-minute appointment
$299 for a 90-minute appointment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Update: As of 2024-May, HST or GST will NOT be charged on psychotherapy appointments. -
We accept payment via:
Credit Card
VISA Debit
E-transfer
We do not accept payments via cash, PayPal, or other payment platforms.

Yes, however, speak to your health insurance provider to confirm.
OHIP does NOT cover the cost of appointments. -
Yes, all therapists at TTAT are either Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) or Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
