I opened Toronto Tech Addiction Therapy to relieve other people’s suffering caused by tech addiction.

Toronto Tech Addiction Therapy’s 3 Principles:

  1. The problems of a tech addict are very different than the problems of a substance use or sexual addict.

  2. For tech addicts, an “avoid all tech” model of recovery is not helpful or realistic in the long term.

  3. There is no clear agreement on “What is healthy tech use?” or “What is unhealthy tech use?” It is up to YOU to define these things for yourself.

I am here to help clients define these things for themselves.

Our Approach to Therapy

  • You may be experiencing failure, regret, and overwhelm in your life

  • It is possible you are failing because you are under-levelled or under-skilled in certain ways

  • We can help you identify your natural strengths and natural weaknesses

  • We can help you practice and grow

  • We call this process “Levelling Up Your Mental Health”
